no free breakfast

There are many roosters on the back of the building crowing loudly from about 5am til 10am disturbing my sleep. I wonder why this is happening ? Is the freedom of the roosters more important than the sleep of thousands of residents nearby ?

Near offices i need to go. Also malls are accessible

Elevator was under repair. For a senior & PWD like was so much disappointing. Also parking lot difficulty in manuevering.

The place was nice and clean.

The elevator was not working that time and my father whose already a senior citizen stayed on the 5th floor for 5 days? and we are going out everyday?

Hot and cold water dispenser .Microwave oven to reheat food..Accessible to stores and mall.

I like the location

First, you have to pay a parking fee.Second, they're not hospitable.Third, the elevator doesn't work and my room is located in 5th floor.Fourth, I'm not sure if they really cleaned the room because the sachet of coffee is already opened and there is no free bottled water inside the room. ( they didn't even told us that there is an available water dispenser and microwave oven in the hallway)Fifth, the cabinet is dusty and the comfort room floor are flooding. ( I did gave them a call for the flooding, but they didn't even sent a hotel attendant)

water pressure to shower was poor, Elevator did not work so I had to climb 5 floors with luggag

The room and the bathroom was clean. The staffs especially the security guards are nice.

Elevator is out of service and the room is on the top floor. The aircon cannot cool the whole room completely.

the room is very hot, the AC is weak and there are no additional towels and no soap. the elevator is also broken.

Perfect location. Close to all amenities and a five minute walk to the Mall. There is a laundry place just across the street for your laundry, and a gym just down the street. It's secluded and private. Apart from the elevator not working and the WiFi playing up it's a pretty mint place to stay in.

Pretty basic, everything you need. Don't expect luxury and you'll be fine. Great air con.

Nice room.The employees were really friendly and helpful.Didn’t see any other western person in the neighbourhood so I felt like a local.Big shopping mall nearby.Free water refilling.Really appreciate my stay

My only concern was the noise from the traffic (kind of a big road nearby) and the air con.But never bothered by other guests noise

Fast check in. The staff were very helpful.

The lift was under maintenance. I came from abroad and my luggages was too heavy.

The location of the hotel is good, the surroundings are quiet, there is a big SM within a 10-minute walk, it is convenient for shopping, and there are many food and beverage options around. What I am most satisfied with is that during the week I lived, there were no insects in the whole room. There is a water fountain next to the stairs. The Internet is fast most of the time, but it is occasionally disconnected. I had a power outage while I was living, but the staff quickly restored the power.

The elevator in the building has never been repaired, but the staff will take the initiative to help me carry my suitcase when I check in and leave.

Hot water in shower is rare in Philippines, so that was like Christmas to me. Clean a comfortable stay. Professional staff.

Fourth time in OYO Anglo. As usual mabilis ag WIFI here.
